i stayed in a one bedroom suite, very convenient. the coffee bar provided a relaxing atmosphere! the swimming pool offered a spot to relax with a view. gym facilities were available for workouts.

i noticed the receptionists did not seem particularly cute! perhaps additional training in guest relations would enhance first impressions.

Breakfast offered great variety, with plenty of delicious choices. Breakfast made for a superb start to the day. the restaurant staff were helpful during meal times, which i appreciated.

The room was clean and quite comfortable. The tv had better channel options now! this allowed for more entertainment during downtime. the cleanliness of the room was especially noticeable.

The location is fabulous. It is close to many shops, restaurants, and the metro. fast check-in and check-out services were provided. This helped make the arrival and departure seamless.

The staff was helpful. Ms Ron from reception was very kind!!! She really helped with sorting out my extended stay, including an upgrade of my room to have a better view. Breakfast was superb with a great choice of food. The staff managed to keep everyone seated even with the huge number of people arriving.

The room was big, but the floor inside had 2 levels, unexpected..

Really good Service and Great Location!

The receptionist, Prerana, provided a complimentary upgrade to a room with a fine view of Sheikh Zayed Road. I found this thoughtful. Shafik, from the bell staff, offered excellent service and was always ready to assist. The hotel's location is very convenient. It is directly opposite the Museum of the Future and near Emirates Towers.

The breakfast options were limited. I expected more variety.

The breakfast area is adjacent to the elevators. Kitchen staff often carry large trays through crowds. Guests waiting sometimes find this inconvenient.

The hotel boasts a swimming pool with striking views of the crescent moon tower. It adds a unique element. I believe it will increase excitement. The pool area is well-kept.
